Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve flexibility, or cultivate a deeper sense of calm, this package is the perfect first step. Includes 5 virtual or in-person 1 hour sessions blending yoga and meditation. **In-person, Athens, GA and surrounding areas only

Healing Journey: A Somatic Approach to Self-Regulation
The Healing Journey Package is a multi-faceted approach to healing, designed for those who are ready to release stored trauma and restore their inner balance. This package includes four somatic movement and trauma release sessions, designed to guide you through body-based healing and emotional release. You’ll also receive a Reiki energy healing session to clear energetic blocks and promote deep healing at the soul level. With a personalized recorded meditation, you’ll have a tool to continue your healing journey outside of our sessions. The final piece of the package is a 1-hour integration session, where we will work together to solidify and deepen the progress you've made, ensuring lasting transformation.
