Mentorships

One on one intensives are possibly one of the most powerful ways to integrate wisdom from a teacher. My programs serve as a guide to those seeking to embody their  journey towards healing and growth. Composed of techniques, tools, and practices from various systems, these mentorships are containers for intimate discovery of personal power and purpose. With my extensive experience, I help you discern and cultivate core values through training the body, mind, and soul.  

 

I offer customized, deeply personal, intimate opportunities to work 1:1 with sincere seekers in several capacities. I am able to offer transformative deep work within the realms of yoga, personal transformation, fitness, meditation, inner work (soul and shadow work) or all of this depending on your goals.

Mentorships work within 3, 6, and 12 month containers.

We live in a time of insta-culture, but real transformation takes  commitment and devotion, skill-building, softening, support and time. I hold my one-to-one mentorships with great care and reverence, and I work best with those who feel genuinely ready to meet that level of commitment.

Personalized 
Mentorship:

This is an integration of Kelsey's life's work exploring movement, yoga and fitness,  soul, healing, health, meditation and spirituality woven into a custom tailored, deeply transformative guided training for your specific mind, body, and soul journey. Minimum 3 Months

What's Included:

My mentorships offer monthly  1-1 virtual or in-person sessions. Regular text/phone support, shared resources, guided self-inquiry and meditation practices.

 

You will build skill on your journey of soul full discovery, increase your vitality, self-knowledge, and confidence.

Whether you are a long-time practitioner or complete beginner, this yoga mentorship will help you establish the fundamentals of a sustainable yoga practice from the ground up. Includes an exploration and instruction of yogic movement (asana) as wells essential breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and philosophical principles. 

 

**Can be done in person, hybrid, or completely virtual.

 

**If you are a Yoga Alliance certified teacher or other approved health service provider, this mentorship can count for CE hours and be customized to a subject or topic of interest of your choice.

I have been a practicing athlete and movement practitioner for over 23 years, a fitness instructor and movement facilitator for over 8 years, I have Ana diverse array of skills and knowledge to share and tailor to your specific needs. I prioritize functional movement, physical and mental health, and longevity/sustainability.

I can help you achieve personal goals, skills, build new patterns, strength, flexibility and mental fortitude. this program includes strength and mobility training, cardiovascular training, beginner's calisthenics, ad will build confidence, mental lforttidue, strength, and endurance. 

We will begin by 

                  -defining your goals

                  -customizing a program

**I do NOT build meal plans or work with calorie counting or seasonal 'quick fitness'. These programs are designed tot be kind to our minds and bodies and I am not a nutritionist.

Kelsey's patience and knowledge of techniques and movements, provided this novice practicer with a comfortable yet challenging learning environment that helped to expand the limits of what I believed the body to capable of.
