A Four-Week Journey into Body, Nature & Belonging
What happens when we remember that the body is not separate from the natural world?
WE EMERGED FROM THE NATURAL WORLD.
We live in a culture that asks us to override sensation, disconnect from our environments, and move further and further away from the rhythms that have always guided us.
Rewilding Ecosomatics is an invitation to begin moving BACK towards home, DEEP into our inner rhythms, with safe space for reflection, reconditioning, and connection.
Ecosomatics is an approach to embodied awareness that understands the body as part of an interconnected ecological system, rather than as something separate from nature.
It brings together somatics + ecology, exploring how our physical, emotional, sensory, relational, and spiritual experiences are shaped by—and in turn shape—the environments we inhabit.
This immersive somatic journey explores our relationship with the body as part of a larger living ecosystem. Through movement, breath, sensory awareness, nature connection, reflection, and embodied inquiry, we’ll explore what it means to restore relationship with ourselves, with the more-than-human world, and with the places we inhabit. This experience includes elements of CEREMONY which historically have facilitated an enduring connection of humans with nature.
OVER FOUR WEEKS, WE'LL EXPLORE:
somatic movement, cultivation of consciousness through meditation, silence and communication, self-healing, forest immersion, reciprocity, and ceremony.
WEEK 1 ROOT — Reconnecting to Place
Beginning with orientation, grounding, sensory awareness, and our relationship to the places we inhabit. What changes when we allow ourselves to actually arrive where we are?
RHYTHM and WILDNESS — Reclaiming Natural Cycles
Exploring movement, breath, energy, rest, exertion, and the rhythms of expansion and contraction. What happens when we listen to cycles rather than constantly pushing against them? What happens when our movement become UNBOUND from social fear and conditioning? WILDNESS involves Instinct, Expression & Adaptation. Making space for spontaneity, sensation, impulse, play, voice, and authentic expression. What parts of ourselves have been conditioned out of our awareness—and what might become possible when we listen again?
RELATION — Body as Ecosystem
Considering the body not as an isolated individual object, but as an interconnected system. We’ll explore relationship, boundaries, reciprocity, and the ways our internal and external environments shape one another.
BELONGING — Integration & Rewilding
Bringing the pieces together and considering what it means to live with greater coherence, responsiveness, and relationship through a ceremonial fire and practice.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

You find yourself living primarily from your mind and want to reconnect with embodied knowing.
You are curious about the relationship between personal healing and our relationship with the natural world.
You want to explore somatics beyond regulation and symptom management and into vitality, creativity, instinct, relationship, and authentic living.

You are exhausted Fromm unnatural lifestyles.
You hold space for others and want to learn more about leadership in relationship.
