Kelsey Wishik is ERYT 200 and RYT 500 certified through yoga alliance and has over 13 years of experience practicing various lineages of yoga, specifically Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Power Yoga, Creative Flow, and trauma informed yoga. Her extensive study has an integrated understanding of yoga's historical origins, philosophies, meditative practices, and where those meet contemporary innovations in the yogic system. Her teaching offerings also consider yoga through the lenses and neuroscience, somatic movement, biomechanics, Chinese Medicine, creativity, and trauma recovery.

Kelsey has worked with all types of people and levels of experience from studios to yurts, martial artists and the elderly. Teachings are offered in various forms: classes, virtual and in-person, private instruction, events, workshops, and karma yoga/service.
Her teaching methodology blends the physical practice of asana (movement) with pranayama (breathwork), meditation, philosophy, awakening of personal truth, and mantra.
A personal goal as a teacher is to share techniques and practices that help initiate one's own experience of yoga and Svādhyāya (स्वाध्याय) or self-knowing. Private sessions are a wonderful way to deepen your practice, build strength/flexibility, and explore the forms, philosophies, benefits, and practices of yoga. All training is tailored to your interests, needs, and experience level. Custom personal programs are offered in single sessions, bundles, or complete 1-3 month programs. Bundles of 5 sessions or more come with a free 30 minute consultation, check ins, sequencing, guided meditations, and personal coaching. Other offerings include private events, group, professional/workplace yoga.

Personal Training Intensive: 1-3 month mentorships are custom-designed programs tailored by individual assesment and incorporate yoga asana (movement), meditation instruction, yoga philosophy, anatomy, biomechanics, mantra, mudra, subtle body anatomy such as marma, chakra and more! Prices vary on complexity, frequency, and length of mentorship. Mentorships are offered in-person and virtually. Reach out for a quote.
Corporate/Workplace Yoga (virtual) single session: $100/hr
