What to Expect
Through primal movement, martial arts, yoga, and contemporary dance, this workshop offers a powerful space to release collective trauma, grief, and anger. By channeling repressed emotions into sound, shaking, posture, and gesture, we transform energy into peace, strength, and grounding. The session will culminate in a flow-based practice, ending with a soothing sound bath and meditation.
In a world filled with stress, loss, and generational trauma, finding safe, embodied ways to release trapped energy is essential for personal and collective healing. This is your invitation to unmask struggles, lay them down with love, and alchemize them into empowerment.
this workshop is held at Dancing Tree Festival 2025, a soulful, community-centered gathering where nature, music, and healing arts come together. Now in its 10th year, we remain intentionally small and intimate, welcoming around 300 attendeesto co-create a deeply connected and transformative experience.
