4 Session Somatic Reset

Healing takes time, relationship, and practice. In the case of working together, the work of transforming deeply rooted patterns requires attunement, gentleness, and consistency.

Rather than offering isolated sessions, the Somatic Reset is a five-session journey designed to create meaningful and lasting transformation.

Together we will gently explore the patterns your body has developed for protection and survival while cultivating new experiences of resilience, ease, vitality, and authentic expression.

Four 90-Minute Private Somatic Movement Sessions
A personalized series of five one-on-one sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied healing, increased vitality, and meaningful transformation. Sessions are available virtually or in person.
Weekly Support & Accountability. Text/voice check-ins between sessions to help integrate your practice, celebrate progress, and offer guidance as questions arise.
Personalized Self-Inquiry Practices: Thoughtfully curated reflection prompts and guided inquiries that deepen awareness and help carry your work beyond each session.
Customized Home Practices: Movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and embodiment practices specifically selected to support your unique goals, nervous system, and lifestyle.

Through thoughtfully designed somatic practices, personalized guidance, and embodied skill-building, you'll deepen your self-awareness, nurture your body, balance what is out of alignment and cultivate a grounded sense of inner authority across your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Drawing from somatic movement, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and trauma-informed practices, we'll create a process that meets you exactly where you are.

Kelsey is devoted to embodied transformation and the remembering of our deeper relationship with self, earth, and spirit. Rooted in over two decades of study of yoga, meditation, somatic inquiry, dance, wilderness treks, and personal expression, she weaves together movement, nervous system integration, contemplative practice, and earth-based insight into experiences and transformational containers that are both grounded and transformational.

An E-RYT 500 teacher and founder of Catalyst Conscious: Movement and Mind Technologies, Kelsey facilitates yoga teacher trainings, somatic programs, trauma-informed work, women’s circles, retreats, and immersive experiences that support healing, self-discovery, and authentic living. Her work bridges ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding, drawing from yoga philosophy, neuroscience, breathwork, meditation, creative process, and relationally embodied approaches to well-being.

With a special devotion to trauma-informed healing, yogic philosophy, women’s work and rewilding, Kelsey creates and co-creates spaces that invite participants into deeper self-understanding as the keystone to holistic wellness. Her offerings guide others to listen deeply, reclaim intuition, restore connection to their body, and remember the intelligence and rhythms of the natural world.

A visual artist and author, Kelsey brings a mythic and creative sensibility to her teaching, honoring transformation as both an embodied and imaginative path. Through years of leading workshops, community gatherings, and retreats, she has cultivated an approach that is soulful, grounded, and expansive, supporting others in coming home to their own inner authority, vitality, and wholeness, towards a more awakened world.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing begins through relationship: first through developing an intentional awareness with ourselves, one another, and the living world.
