Service Description

This gift contains the Mystery School Package and goes to the first three finders of our promotion love note :D Limited to three spots! Package includes a preview of Catalyst Offerings: 1 personalized 1 1/2 hour yoga or fitness experiences *in person or virtual if not in proximity-- with flute and sound healing (bring up to two friends!), 1 one hour virtual meditation or yoga session, a 45 minute Empowerment Session (virtual or call), a final reflection session, and an original guided meditation track. Here is an opportunity to deepen or build a personal yoga practice, find support to your voice and goals, and experience the benefits of meditation training and sound healing.*Virtual yoga can be substituted for the finder of this pass.
